We are currently seeking a Product Development/Quality Administrator to join our growing organization. The Product Development/Quality Administrator is responsible for supporting quality management and engineering systems/procedures for current and new products. Supports Product Development teams with various administrative tasks, including maintaining files and records and placing/tracking material request. Responsible for coordinating general office supplies activities.

1. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
   • • Run basic inventory reports from Oracle
     • Support Quality Inspection Request
     • Manges quality control inventory reports
     • Support rework request
     • Review RMA for accuracy of disposition
     • Work with Data Management to Support Engineering Product data entry/management
     • Support New Product Development as needed (assemble products, basic troubleshoot, parts replacement)
     • Support general office supplies (paper, toner, etc.)
     • Manages office and cafeteria supplies
     • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% between corporate headquarters and local satellite offices to work in-person with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to use basic tools (hands on mechanically inclined)
  • Strong Problem Solving and Trouble Shooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action programs a plus.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, wiliness to learn new skills and behaviors, self-motivated reliable team player.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime.

1. Education and Experience Requirements
   • • High school Diploma or GED; MS Office training/certification a plus
     • Good MS Office experience, emphasis in Excel
     • Basic understanding of reading Engineering prints
     • Basic knowledge of inspection and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.).
     • Working knowledge of mechanics tools (torque wrench, adjustable wrench, pulley removers, etc.).
     • Local candidates preferred.
